Hej alla! Planering för träningsmatcher, läger och träningartider pågår för fullt! Vi börjar det nya fotbollsåret med glädjande beskedet att vi lyckats rekrytera en ny topp-tränare till klubben, Alison Ashley- von Euler. Alison är heltidsanställd och kommer från och med nu vara huvudtränare för F03/F04 och F05 – det kommer blir kanonbra med en ny tränare för den nya sammanslagna F03/F04truppen! Alison är amerikanska men har bott i Sverige sedan länge. Alison har en framgångsrik tränarbakgrund - det ska bli jättespännande att följa lagets utveckling.

 

Kort intro av Alison:

"Promises and Possibilities" (...are our youth) is the theme for the 2018 football season. All football players have hidden talents in which I hope to assist develop and draw from this year.  
My name is Alison, DSK football trainer for 2018. I am an expressive person and am athletic. I have participated in a few sports and placed high during my youth. Today, I like to jog, work out with nautilus and free weights and have even scrimmaged football. More recently and most important, I have taught using SvFF diploma tools and my own concepts. My most recent teams are division 1 and elite players: Bollstanäs F19 (Allsvenskan) and AIK F 03 Academy (St. Erik and Gothia Champions 2017). I am motivated after witnessing the development; seeing results of individuals after helping, encouraging, and sharing knowledge with them during a 10-year period of engaging in sports organizations. 

My work style is to put the individual and team in focus working from their perspective, correct and quality before tempo, and most important building leadership in the spirit of healthy competition and team unity. DSK can expect that I will do my best to impart football in theory and function with its members while following SvFF and DSK guidelines. 
I am looking forward to a challenging and developmental 2018 together with you all at DSK!
